Having an understanding of the current market conditions, surrounding comparable home prices, marketing proficiently to reach the most buyers, executing contracts and timelines is only the beginning. It is important and hard work if you are going to get the most for your property. Here is how I can help...

STEP 1
Understanding your needs and desires in the sale of your home

It is important that when you hire someone to represent you in selling your home that they truly listen and hear your goals of the sale. I want to know and understand every aspect of your intentions and expectations when selling so that I can deliver on those expectations. This transaction is NOT about me, this is about you getting what you need from your sale. 

STEP 2
Discuss my marketing strategy and terms

At this point I want to share with you all of the ways I can get your home sold in the best time frame and price point in your area. I will go over the details of my unique strategy in person with you. There is too much to simply list here, but I will tell you marketing is key. I pride myself on my skills in social media, beautiful photography, staging to make your home look its best, organizing, mail campaigns, open houses and even more unique, creative ways to tell the community your home is available and most desirable. 

STEP 3

Getting on the market

It is time to put all of my talk and marketing into action! Advising you on everything including choosing the perfect list price and terms. I will be working hard for you and selling your home from start to close. 

STEP 4

Negotiating and accepting offers

As I said before, never allow an agent to negotiate on your behalf if they do not have a clear understanding about what is important to you. There are a lot of intricate details that will be negotiated that will affect your sale. I will help navigate and recommend strategies to insure you will always get the greatest price and terms for your home.

STEP 5
The road to closing

​The next 30-45 days will be filled with inspections, appraisals, negotiations, deadlines and documents. Organizing and explaining all of this for you so your closing is on time and executed properly is one of my many skills at your convenience. Every step I will manage, explain and make the road to closing as stress-free as possible. 

STEP 6
Closing day!

I will personally look over your closing costs, prorated costs, credits, etc on your closing documents to insure everything is correct. Congratulations! Your final paperwork has been signed, sealed and delivered as SOLD!
